Your Distant Uncle dies and leaves you his unfinished resort.
The resort is quite different from others around, your uncle wanted to build a resort for people to actually move into and live out their lives.
It's up to you to bring the resort back to life by accepting some new residents for the resort and raising it's reputation to attract event more.
In doing so your income each day will increase which will then allows you to pay the builders to finish the construction at some of the different locations.

A big chunk of content (M&S's Arrival Event) that was intended to be implemented into this build has been held back for the next release as an event prior to this one still needs to be rendered.
This does mean that an additional 80-100 images will be in the next update.
